Я люблю отдыхать не с туроператором, а самостоятельно. Ниже переписка с отелем:

The baht keeps fluctuating so it isnot possible to give you the exact
rate it is will be october.
At the moment the rate is around 34.5 baht to 1 US dollar.
The course is 9800 baht per eprson which is 284 US
The rooms are discounted for the course dates only.
Fan rooms 200 baht/5.79
standard air 500 baht/14.49
deluxe room 1000 baht/ 25 us
