Article 281

Whoever copulates with a female over sixteen without compulsion, duress or
ruse shall be punished with imprisonment for a term up to seven years.
The same penalty shall also be imposed on the female for her consent. The
offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment or to a prison term up to
fifteen years if he is one of those previously mentioned in the second
paragraph of Article 279 of the present Law.

is that she had a few drinks then forgot what happened and woke up in
someone else's apartment. I think you should include the part where she
says she was grabbed by the arm and had her clothes torn. Or else you make
it sound like she just drank too much and had no idea what happened
afterwards, even though she remembers being grabbed.
